QUICK....RASAM


A DIFFERENT rasam......

          THUVAR DHAL-50GRMS       
          TOMATO-250 GRMS (SMALL PCS)
          CRUSHED GARLIC- 20 GRMS
          CRUSHED SMALL ONION- 50 GRMS
          TAMARIND PASTE-50 GRMS
          ROASTED ASFOETIDA POWDER-1 TEA SPOON
          ROASTED JEERA POWDER-1 TEA SPOON
          ROASTED CHILLI POWDER-1 TBL SPOON
          ROASTED PEPPER POWDER-1 TBL SPOON
          ROASTED TURMERIC POWDER-1 TEA SPOON
          ROASTED CORIANDER CRUSHED 1- TBL SPOON   
          SUGAR- HALF TEA SPOON
          SALT TO TASTE
         
PUT EVERY THING TOGETHER IN A PRESSURE COOKER AND ADD 1.5 Ltrs OF WATER. BOIL IT FOR 10 MINUTES AND THEN ANOTHER 20 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME.
KEEP IT FOR 20 MINUTES THEN STRAIN IT.
AND IN 1TSPN COCOCNUT OIL TEMPER MUSTARD SEEDS, RED CHILLIES, AND CURRY LEAVES AND ADD TO THE MIXTURE.
ALSO GARNISH WITH FRESH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
OUR RASAM IS READY TO SERVE…..
