Fish of your choice : ½ kg (medium and small size sea fish)
For Marinade:
Chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Pepper powder -1 spoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
Salt to taste
Mustardpowder ½ spoon
Ginger 1” pc
Garlic 4
Shallot 4
Egg -1
Lemon juice ½ spoon
Oil for frying
Clean fish and make slits in pcs if bit bigger. Make paste of all the powders in lemon and egg . Add water if necessary to make smooth paste. Apply the paste on both sides of the fish and inside the slits.
Keep in fridge for 1 hour, take out keep out side for another ½ hour. Shallow fry the fish in slow fire turning it when done.
