SOME WHAT LIKE CHUTNEY, PACHADI, RAITHA….
ALL I TOOK
Mango (Raw) - 1 no (Medium size)
Curd - 1/2 cup
Coconut – 1cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Coconut – 1cup
Green chillies - 2 nos
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Salt - As reqd
For seasoning:-
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Dry red chillies - 2 nos
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Salt - As reqd

Coconut oil - 1 tsp
THEN
Grind together coconut, mustard and green
chillies.
Mix together grated mango (or finely crushed mango), curd and coconut paste.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add dry red chilly and curry leaves and saute for a second.
Add the above seasoning into the curry......
