Muringakkaya Aattukkari.
(Drumstick Mutton curry)


                                                       




All I took.....

Mutton 500 Gms.
Drumstick 3 nos cut into 3 inch Pcs.

Ingredients - A
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1
Bay leaf 1 small
Clove 2
Cardamom 1

Ingredients - B
Onion chopped 1 cup.
Tomato 1 nos.
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp 

Ingredients - B
Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp

 And
Curry leaves, salt and coconut oil as required.

 And then......

In a kadai or clay pot add oil and seethe all the ingredients-A.
Then slowly add ingredients-B & ingredients-C.
Once it is done and a cooked smell comes add mutton and sauté it till it oozes water.
Add required water and cook it till it is ¾ th done.
Now add drumsticks and salt to cook it into a pasty form.
When the dish is completely done the oil will ooze and then top it with curry leaves.

This goes with Rice, Aappam, Idiyappam, Pathiri etc.
In fact this is a support for all time meals…….
